The purpose of processing personal data is to conclude a purchase contract and subsequently make payment, deliver goods or services, and potentially provide other related services (especially in connection with legislation governing consumer protection).

Requests by Data Subjects to Exercise Their Rights

The purpose of processing personal data is the registration and handling of requests by data subjects when exercising their rights under the Regulation.

Rights of Data Subjects

The aforementioned rights of the data subject are detailed in Articles 15 to 21 of the Regulation.

The data subject shall exercise these rights in accordance with the Regulation and other applicable legislation. The data subject may exercise their rights with the controller via a written request or by electronic means. If the data subject requests oral information, such information may be provided provided the data subject proves their identity.

Protection of Your Personal Data

SAVE, s.r.o. has taken all reasonable personnel, organizational, and technical measures to provide maximum protection of your personal data in order to minimize the risk of misuse to the greatest extent possible. In accordance with our obligation under Article 34 of the Regulation, we inform you as data subjects that if a breach of your personal data protection occurs that is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, we will notify you of this without undue delay.

Legislation and related methods of processing your personal data may change. If we decide to update this policy, we will post the changes on our website and inform you of such changes. In cases of significant changes to this policy, or if required by law, we will inform you in advance. We ask that you read this policy carefully and check it regularly when communicating with us or using our website.
